Who can host on AjeboNest

Every host is verified. That is why guests trust what they book.

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You own the property, or you are authorised to let it out on short stays.
  • It is an apartment, house, villa, studio, penthouse, duplex or serviced apartment.
  • It is furnished and ready to welcome guests.

What you'll need to verify yourself

Takes about five minutes. Our team reviews it, usually within 24 hours.

  • Your full legal name, exactly as it appears on your ID
  • Your date of birth
  • Your residential address
  • One government-issued ID: NIN slip, National ID card, driver's licence, passport or voter's card

Your documents are encrypted and used only to verify your identity. They are never shown publicly and never shared with guests or other hosts.

What your listing needs

Listings that are complete and photographed well get booked faster.

Your property details

Type of property, bedrooms, bathrooms and how many guests it sleeps.

At least 5 clear photos

Well-lit photos of every room your guests will use.

House rules and times

Check-in and check-out times, minimum stay, and anything guests should know.

Your nightly price

You set your own rate in Naira, and you can change it whenever you like.

How you get paid

  • Listing on AjeboNest is free. There is no upfront or monthly fee.
  • We earn a commission only when a booking is confirmed. We'll share the current rate with you before you go live.
  • Guest payments are secured from the moment of booking and released to your Nigerian bank account after the stay, with a full earnings breakdown in your dashboard.
